For all orders ( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. 

Any ebike cancelled before shipment will be subject to an 8% processing fee. Customers will be refunded 92% of the total order price.

All cancellations need to be done by email to the Morfuns support department. Customers will receive a notification email after the order has been cancelled successfully. If a notification email is not received, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.


E-Bikes from Morfuns are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We do not provide a product return service or refunds after 14 days.

Attention: The shipping cost for returns will be borne by customers. There are two ways to return the bike:
1. Morfuns will provide return labels at a cost of $100.
2. Customers arrange shipment to Morfuns’ warehouse, at their own expense.

The mileage on the LCD screen of the e-bike must be less than 10 miles, and there should be no signs of wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use. All items received by the customer must be included in the original packaging and in the same condition that they were sent by Morfuns.

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval for said return from Morfuns. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Morfuns, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned, or sacrifice the item.

For returns agreed by Morfuns, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the notification email and shipping label provided by Morfuns. Please send us a notification email with the tracking number after shipping any items for return. Once we receive the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.

We do not accept returnsor E-Bikes later than 14 days or where usage is greater than 10 miles. For these E-Bikes only repairs and replacements will be allowed

If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
